| Notes: Nothing much to say about this one. It went into its fifth edition, each with a slightly different cover. First edition was black & goldfoil stamped with the red EX. Second the same, but without the EX. Third blackfoil stamped on grey elephant-paper. Fourth a digital print of the first one. Fifth a digital print of the third one. Plans are to re-release this one together with ACT OF DESPAIR on cd. |
